1st April – ‘Opening of the 2012 Walking Season’

This will also be the opening of the “Springton Loop Trail”, Moculta Loop Trail” Keyneton to Truro section of the main “Lavender Federation Trail”
There will be lots to see and do at Truro :
- Organized walks from 10.30 am including a walk through private property on a new section of the main trail through a gorge & views over the surrounding country.
- Feature displays and stalls selling for the first time, an additional map of the Lavender Federation trail, Map 3- Springton to Truro which includes two new loop trails.
- Displays from walking clubs, outdoor centres showing new clothing and walking equipment, and many displays of interest to walkers and outdoor enthusiasts.
